1) Pet dogs and cats are welcome at Robinsons Malls.

2) Pet owners must secure a Pet Pass before entering the mall.

3) Pet dogs are required to wear a diaper while inside the mall.

4) Always clean up after your pets. Wipe off urine or pick up droppings, and put them in a sealed plastic bag before disposal.

5) Pets must be kept on a leash, carried, or placed in a carrier/stroller while inside the mall. When walking your pets inside the mall, the leash must be kept short and not exceed one (1) meter in length.

6) Pets must be carried while riding the escalators and elevators.

7) Pet owners must supervise their pets, never leave them unattended, and ensure that they do not cause any inconvenience to others.

8) Pets are  allowed in common areas of Robinsons Malls except in the following areas: food court and food exhibit areas (passing through only), cinema, and other areas that management may identify.

9) Pet owners must observe the mall tenants and affiliates individual pet policies.

10 ) Pets must be adequately vaccinated before bringing them to the mall.

11) In case of accidents, the pet owner must notify mall security, be liable to the concerned parties, and shoulder all medical and incidental expenses relative to the incident.

12) Pet Owners must take full responsibility for their pets. Pet dogs that are aggressive or visibly sick will not be allowed inside the mall. Mall security reserves the right to ask pet owners to bring their pets outside the premises should the pet show behavior that may harm customers and damage mall property.
